Refunds & Returns
All products are thoroughly checked before leaving our store. In the rare event that you should find a fault with an item, please email us at email@example.com regarding the problem, along with several photos and a description of the fault within 14 days of receiving your delivery. If you do not contact us after this time period, unfortunately you will be unable to return your order.
We will assess the photos from your email to ascertain whether this is a genuine manufacturing fault with the item. If approved, we are happy to offer you a full refund. Should this be the case, we will email you with instructions on how you can return the item back to our store. A full refund will be processed back on to your original payment method once we have received your item. Please ensure you enclose your receipt to enable faster processing of your refund.
We will not be responsible for garments that have been incorrectly laundered. Please always follow the washing instructions that are located on the inside of the garment.
Firstly, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your delivery, explaining why you wish to return an item. If you do not contact us within this time, you will be unable to return your order. Postage will be at your own cost to return the item back to our store. Postage charged on your original order is non-refundable. You must obtain your proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to our store. We are not responsible for lost postage, so you should consider using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind. We will notify you when we have received your return and when the refund has been issued.
- First contact us regarding a return within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items must have all tags still attached.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors, returned in 'as new' condition.
- Refund will be for the product purchased only, postage is not refundable.
Please do not return any items until we receive an email from you first.
